The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They quickly warmed up the food I bought from the supermarket and even allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The concierge, Natia, was particularly helpful and provided valuable information about the area. I highly recommend Victoria Inn for its excellent service, great location, and comfortable accommodations.

My room was well decorated and tidy with mountain views. It also had an excellent bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds - all for a perfect stay. Everything was perfect, the staff were super-friendly. Location: the hotel was close to Tbilisi, and restaurants and shops.

Spent a weekend in a cozy hotel in the capital city. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, even late at night. The room was neat and tidy, and the free parking available outside the hotel was a big plus. The location was also convenient as it was near popular sites to visit. We had problems with regulating the temperature as there was only warm water available in the shower. , the quality of the toiletries provided was unpleasant, but we didn't mind since we brought our own.

There were a few minor issues. the bed was a bit uncomfortable since it was two small beds pushed together instead of one large one.

David, the host, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always there to assist with any requests and had great recommendations for places to visit in the city. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The attention to detail in the hotel was evident, making my stay all the more special.
